The Effective Dust Mask

Today I decided to do some spring cleaning. You know the kind I mean. Out in the shed were its extremely dusty. I've been an allergy and asthma sufferer for as long as I can remember. However I've never given much credit to the use of a dusk mask. Regularly taking my singulair and claritan I figured any allergies I had were just part of my condition.
Usually if I did any really dusty cleaning I just came to accept the fact I'd be sneezing and wheezing. However today I decided skeptically to try a simple dust mask I purchased at a local hardware store. As I write this little blog I'm extremely glad that I did. The dust mold and pollen that were in the air were no match or at least they were limited in their effect on me thanks to the mask.
You allergy sufferers out there. This spring don't underestimate the effectiveness of a dusk mask. Do yourself a favor and have a few around the house and protect yourself this spring.
