The El Paso Fire Dept made a routine water rescue call the other day that I thought was pretty cool. No, not the fact that some guy jumped into the river and could have possibly drowned. What was cool was the way the team used their available resources and adapted to the environment. Specifically the strategic deployment of the Zodiac rescue boat using a Aerial apparatus as a sort of crane. This was a real inovative use of equipment and the Water Rescue team really has my respect. You can check out some video clips of the technique they used. If you yourself are involved in rescue work or public safety this video is really informative just from the pictures. If not you can see some cool shots of fireman doing stuff they do day in and day out to some pretty cool tunes!
Take a look at the Video Here!
